Every dollar of movement (new, expansion, reactivation, contraction, churn) lands in one MRR waterfall, and GRR, NRR, and the SaaS Quick Ratio fall straight out of it. Churn splits the customers who chose to leave from the cards that merely failed, counted from who actually held a subscription when the window opened and closed, not whoever looks active today. Every month’s new subscribers become a class you can watch age: retention, LTV, and orders at each month of life, 36 months deep, one triangle. A retention slip shows up here long before it shows up in revenue, and so does the fix.
Forecasts you can cut a purchase order against.
Forecast doesn’t model your future; it adds it up: order by order, from each subscription’s actual next billing date and interval. Units due in the next 30, 60, or 90 days, down to the variant (the 1kg bag is on the PO before the queue arrives), plus a run-rate view that compounds your real trailing churn out to 1, 3, 6, and 12 months. Arithmetic you can check, not a model you have to believe.
Churn stops being one number.
The Cancel Flow tab plays every exit back: the reason, the survey step by step, the save rate on every reason, which offers actually turned people around, and how many walked before their second box. Dunning gets the same treatment: recovered, lost, still at risk, in dollars, with card-decline reasons ranked. One opaque percentage becomes a list of fixable leaks.

It’s honest about freshness too: headlines are live, trend lines refresh overnight, currencies never blend into one flattering total, and when history is too short it says so instead of printing a zero.
