Search a name or an email and the whole subscription opens with a fix for anything a customer can want: change the date, change the frequency, swap the flavor, re-price a line, apply the discount code she swears she had, ship it today. The asks that used to end in “sorry, the system can’t” (three subscriptions into one box, one box into two) are buttons here, called Merge and Split. And when she’s locked out, mint a login link that works once and dies in an hour: no password reset, no second tool.

Build the audience from sixteen filters (status, product, tag, charge weekday, shipping country), and before anything runs, the admin shows you exactly who: the count, the breakdown by status, a 25-row sample you can strike names from.
